Stop Overthinking in 7 Days with Julia Kristina
Train your mind to feel calm and clear — and stand your ground in the conversations you've been avoiding.

Overthinking feels like problem-solving, but it's really your mind spinning in place — and it usually spikes around stress, triggers and the conversations you keep putting off. In 7 days with therapist and coach Julia Kristina, you'll learn to catch the spiral early, reset when you're stressed, respond differently when you're triggered, and say what you actually mean without the mental replay afterwards. Each day: one video and one small, concrete mission. By day 7, you'll have your own calm kit and one real conversation behind you.

Day by day, in detail
Day 1🎬 ✍️ Watch how to stop overthinking and pick your first tool +1⌄
✍️ Name your spiral and use one tool today
✍️ Be honest: what's the thing your mind keeps chewing on lately? Write it down and give it a short name (e.g. "the work thing"). Then pick ONE idea from the video and commit to using it the very next time the spiral starts — today, not someday.
Day 2🎬 📓 Learn 3 resets for stress and overwhelm +1⌄
🎬 Learn 3 resets for stress and overwhelm
📓 Open your spiral log
📓 This log is your main tool for the week. Every time you catch yourself overthinking — replaying a conversation, rehearsing a disaster, going over the same worry again — come back here and jot it down. Don't make it perfect. Getting the thought out of your head and onto the page already takes its power down a notch.
Day 3✅ Build your calm kit⌄
✅ Build your calm kit
- I picked my top 2 tools from the first two videos — one for overthinking, one for stress
- I practiced each one once today, even though I felt fine
- I wrote down my early-warning sign: how I can tell a spiral is starting
- I wrote my if-then rule: "If I catch myself spiraling, then I…"
- I logged today's spirals — even the small ones
Day 4🎬 ✍️ Break your trigger-react pattern +1⌄
🎬 Break your trigger-react pattern
✍️ Map your trigger and script your new response
✍️ Think of the ONE situation (or person) that reliably sets you off. Write the pattern in one line: trigger → what you usually do → how it ends. Then, using what you took from the video, script what you'll do differently next time — the pause, the words, the move. Keep it short enough to actually remember in the moment.
Day 5🎬 🔁 Learn 5 ways to handle boundary-pushers +1⌄
🎬 Learn 5 ways to handle boundary-pushers
🔁 Write your boundary line and say it once
🔁 I wrote my boundary line word-for-word and said it out loud at least once today — to the person if the chance came up, or in rehearsal if it didn't
Day 6🎬 ✅ Learn to raise an issue without the blow-up +1⌄
🎬 Learn to raise an issue without the blow-up
✅ Prep tomorrow's conversation
- I chose the one conversation I've been overthinking instead of having
- I wrote my opening lines using what the video teaches — calm, specific, no accusations
- I decided when and where I'll bring it up tomorrow
- I rehearsed it out loud once, start to finish
- I picked the tool from my calm kit I'll use right before the conversation
Day 7🎯 Final challenge: have the conversation, skip the replay⌄
🎯 Final challenge: have the conversation, skip the replay
🎯 Today, have the conversation you prepped — and spend the whole day catching spirals before they catch you.
This is everything from the week in one day. Use your calm kit to settle yourself, open with the lines you rehearsed, hold your boundary if it gets tested, and if you get triggered, run your new script instead of the old reaction. Afterwards, when your mind tries to replay every word — that's your cue: name the spiral, use your tool, move on. At the end of the day, leave your proof: how the conversation went, how many spirals you caught, and how your mind feels compared to day 1. 💪
