Terms of Use
These terms are the rules for using Duer (duer.club). By creating your account or using the service, you accept them. We wrote them to be understood; if anything is unclear, email us at hola@duer.club.
What Duer is
Duer turns creators' videos into Challenges: multi-day programs with a daily mission, streaks, points, badges, groups and an AI Coach. You can view the content without an account; to save your progress you need a free account.
Your account
- You sign in with your email (we send you a sign-in link) or with Google. We don't use passwords.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Since access depends on your email, keep your inbox safe and don't forward sign-in links.
- You can stop using Duer whenever you want and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
- Duer is not meant for people under 16.
Challenges and creators' content
Duer builds many Challenges from YouTube creators' public videos. A Challenge using a creator's videos does not mean that creator made or reviewed it, or endorses Duer. When a profile was put together by Duer from a creator's public content, we say so on that page.
Videos play from YouTube and still belong to their authors.
If you are a creator and want us to change or remove something, email us at hola@duer.club or use your invitation link to hide your profile.
Paid Challenges and pre-sales
- Most Challenges are free. Some creators sell Challenges or open pre-sales for content they haven't recorded yet.
- In those purchases the seller is the creator. Mercado Pago or Stripe processes the payment and it goes to the creator's account; Duer charges a commission on each sale.
- The price, what's included, the dates and the refund conditions of each purchase or pre-sale are the ones shown on its page before you pay.
- A purchase is a one-time payment: access to that Challenge stays in your account.
Duer doesn't replace a professional
Duer and its AI Coach offer exercises, habits and general support. They are not medical, psychological, nutritional or financial advice, and they don't replace a professional. Before starting a physical activity, nutrition or money Challenge, consider your own situation and, if in doubt, talk to a professional.
If you are going through a crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, contact your local emergency services or a helpline in your country now.
The AI Coach's answers are generated by artificial intelligence: they may be wrong or incomplete. Use your judgment.
What you write and post
- What you write on Duer (answers, logs, proofs, reviews) is yours. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service and, for what you choose to make public (reviews and public proofs), to show it on Duer until you delete or hide it.
- Don't post anything illegal or offensive, anything that harasses other people or that you don't have the right to share, or other people's personal data.
- We may remove public content that breaks these rules.
Acceptable use
- Use Duer for what it's for: doing your Challenges and supporting other people.
- Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how the service works.
- Don't copy or scrape Duer's content (Challenges, guides, profiles) in bulk to republish it.
- Don't abuse the AI Coach or the forms (for example, with automated submissions).
If someone doesn't follow these terms, we may suspend or close their account.
The service
Duer is under active development: we add, change and sometimes remove features. We do our best to keep it working well and not to lose your data, but the service is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
The results of a Challenge depend on you and your situation: we can't guarantee them.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the “last updated” date. If you keep using Duer after a change, the new terms apply.
