Self-trust isn't built through willpower or self-coercion — it's built in tiny moments where you show up for yourself, honestly and gently. Over 7 days, guided by Heidi Priebe's videos, you'll learn to spot when you're outside your window of tolerance, practice self-trust micro-moments, quiet the voice of toxic shame, set a real boundary (and survive the hangover), and support the people you love without rescuing or abandoning them. Each day: one video and one small, doable mission with a tangible output.

Day by day, in detail

Day 1🎬 ✍️ Learn to spot when you're outside your window of tolerance +1 mission⌄

🎬 Learn to spot when you're outside your window of tolerance

▶ Heidi Priebe · 5 Signs You're Chronically Outside Your Window Of Tolerance

✍️ Map your personal warning signs — right now

✍️ While the video is fresh: which of the signs Heidi describes felt uncomfortably familiar? Write down what being outside your window actually looks like for YOU — in your body, your mood, your habits. Then name one moment in the last week when you were clearly outside it. Naming your signals is the first skill; everything else this week builds on it.

Day 2🎬 📓 Discover the micro-moments that build self-trust +1 mission⌄

🎬 Discover the micro-moments that build self-trust

▶ Heidi Priebe · 5 Micro Moments That Build Self-Trust (Without Self-Coercion)

📓 Open your self-trust log

📓 This log is your core tool for the week. Every time you catch a micro-moment — you kept a small promise to yourself, you listened to what you actually needed, or you noticed yourself slipping into self-coercion — come back here and jot it down. No perfect entries required: the act of noticing is the practice. Self-trust grows from evidence, and this log is where you collect it.

Day 3🔁 Practice one deliberate micro-moment today⌄

🔁 Practice one deliberate micro-moment today

🔁 I made one small promise to myself today, kept it without forcing or bribing myself, and logged it in my self-trust log

Day 4🎬 ✍️ Hear the reminders that shame doesn't want you to believe +1 mission⌄

🎬 Hear the reminders that shame doesn't want you to believe

▶ Heidi Priebe · 10 Reminders You (Probably) Need To Hear If You Have C-PTSD Or Toxic Shame

✍️ Write your two reminders in your own words

✍️ Of the reminders Heidi shares, which two landed hardest — the ones some part of you didn't quite believe? Rewrite each one in your own words, as if you were saying it to a friend you love. Then save them somewhere you'll actually see them (phone note, lock screen, sticky note). These are your comebacks for the shame voice this week.

Day 5🎬 ✅ Understand why setting boundaries triggers anxiety +1 mission⌄

🎬 Understand why setting boundaries triggers anxiety

▶ Heidi Priebe · Assertiveness Hangovers: When Setting Boundaries Triggers Anxiety

✅ Set one small boundary and ride out the hangover

  • I picked one low-stakes boundary to set today (saying no to a small request, asking for what I need, ending something on time)
  • I said it plainly and kindly — no over-explaining, no ten apologies
  • When the assertiveness hangover hit, I named it: "this is the hangover, not proof I did something wrong"
  • I did NOT undo the boundary to make the discomfort go away
  • I gave myself aftercare: one thing that helps me settle (a walk, a shower, texting a safe person)
Day 6🎬 🔁 Learn to support people without rescuing or abandoning them +1 mission⌄

🎬 Learn to support people without rescuing or abandoning them

▶ Heidi Priebe · Co-Regulation 101: How to Support The People We Love

🔁 Co-regulate once today — present, not fixing

🔁 In one real conversation today, I stayed present with someone's feelings without jumping in to fix, rescue, or pull away — and I noticed how my own body responded

Day 7🎯 Final challenge: run a full self-trust day⌄

🎯 Final challenge: run a full self-trust day

🎯 Spend one whole day using everything you trained this week — and collect the evidence.

Today, check in with your window of tolerance at least three times: morning, midday, night. Keep one small promise to yourself and log it. If the shame voice shows up, answer it with one of your day-4 reminders. If a boundary or a hard conversation appears, handle it the way you practiced — plainly, kindly, without undoing it. At the end of the day, reread your self-trust log from day 2 until now, and leave your proof: what's the strongest piece of evidence this week gave you that you CAN trust yourself — and what's the one micro-moment you're keeping for good? 💪
