Day by day, in detail
Day 1π¬ βοΈ Watch how to calm symptoms without fighting them +1β
βοΈ Name your fight response and pick your first tool
βοΈ Be honest: what do you usually do when a symptom shows up β tense against it, google it, escape the situation, demand it goes away? Write down your go-to fight response. Then pick ONE of the four ways from the video and commit to using it the very next time a symptom appears today.
Day 2π¬ π Spot the anxiety habits you don't know you're doing +1β
π¬ Spot the anxiety habits you don't know you're doing
π Open your checking-habit log
π This log is your main tool for the week. Every time you catch yourself body-scanning, googling symptoms, asking for reassurance, or any habit from the video, come back here and jot it down. No judgment β you can't drop a habit you can't see. Catching it IS the win.
Day 3π Catch and release your checking habits all dayβ
π Catch and release your checking habits all day
π Every time I caught a checking habit today, I logged it and gently redirected instead of following it
Day 4π¬ β Learn the 6 nervous system shifts toward safety +1β
π¬ Learn the 6 nervous system shifts toward safety
β Build your safety toolkit
- I picked the 2 shifts from the video that fit my life best
- I practiced each one once today, even though I felt fine
- I wrote down my early-warning sign: how I know my body is bracing for a fight
- I set my if-then rule: "If I notice that sign, then my first move isβ¦"
Day 5π¬ π Do the guided meditation to silence the voice of fear +1β
π¬ Do the guided meditation to silence the voice of fear
π Run your toolkit in the wild
π I logged my checking moments today and used one nervous-system shift or the meditation the moment anxiety showed up
Day 6π¬ βοΈ Watch the 5 daily non-negotiables for low anxiety +1β
π¬ Watch the 5 daily non-negotiables for low anxiety
βοΈ Draft your personal keep-anxiety-low routine
βοΈ Look back at your log and this week's tools. Which of the 5 daily practices from today's video will you actually keep? Which shift or tool worked best when symptoms hit? Write your routine as a short daily plan: morning, during the day, and what you do the moment you catch yourself checking or fighting.
Day 7π― Final challenge: one full day as a friend, not a fighterβ
π― Final challenge: one full day as a friend, not a fighter
π― Live one entire day on your new routine β meeting every symptom without a fight.
Today is the test drive. Follow the routine you wrote yesterday from morning to night. When a symptom or a checking urge shows up β and it will β treat it like a nervous system asking for safety, not an enemy to defeat: use your shift, your meditation, or simply drop the check and carry on. At the end of the day, leave your proof: how many times you chose befriending over fighting, and how your body feels compared to day 1. That's your evidence it works. πͺ
