7 Days to an ADHD-Proof Focus System
Build a focus system that works with your ADHD brain, not against it — one video and one small mission per day with ADHDVision.

Willpower-based productivity keeps failing you because it was never designed for an ADHD brain. In 7 days you'll build a system that doesn't rely on willpower at all: a morning routine that actually sticks, control over the 3 moments that decide your day, a ritual that triggers hyperfocus on demand, and one habit that protects you from burnout. Each day: one ADHDVision video and one small, concrete mission under 15 minutes. By day 7, you'll run your whole system for a full day — and feel the difference.
Your week at a glance

Day by day, in detail
Day 1🎬 ✅ Steal the ADHD morning routine that actually works +1⌄
✅ Set up tomorrow's morning tonight — right now
- I picked the 2-3 pieces from the video I'll use as my morning routine (small enough that I can't fail)
- I wrote down the ONE task tomorrow's first focus block is for
- I prepared my first action so it's zero-friction (clothes out, water ready, desk clear)
- I decided where my phone sleeps tonight — not within arm's reach of my bed
Day 2🎬 📓 Spot the 3 moments that decide your entire day +1⌄
🎬 Spot the 3 moments that decide your entire day
📓 Open your Three Moments log
📓 This log is the backbone of your challenge. Each day, come back and record how each of the 3 key moments went — no judgment, just data. An ADHD brain forgets wins and exaggerates slips; writing them down shows you the real pattern. Aim for at least one entry per day through day 7.
Day 3🎬 🔁 Learn the exercise that buys you 3 hours of focus +1⌄
🎬 Learn the exercise that buys you 3 hours of focus
🔁 Run the exercise before your first work block
🔁 I did the focus exercise from the video before my first work block today, and logged my three moments
Day 4🎬 ✍️ Learn how to switch hyperfocus on when you choose +1⌄
🎬 Learn how to switch hyperfocus on when you choose
✍️ Write your hyperfocus trigger ritual and test it once
✍️ Build your personal trigger ritual from the video, in 3 lines: your cue (what you always do right before deep work — same song, same drink, same spot), your setup (what you remove or prepare so nothing competes for your attention), and your entry action (the tiny first step you start with, so small it's impossible to resist). Then test the full ritual once today, even for just 20 minutes, and note what happened.
Day 5🎬 Steal one motivation tactic and use it on today's hardest task⌄
🎬 Steal one motivation tactic and use it on today's hardest task
Day 6🎬 ✍️ Break the burnout cycle before it breaks your streak +1⌄
🎬 Break the burnout cycle before it breaks your streak
✍️ Choose your anti-burnout habit and schedule it
✍️ The ADHD pattern is sprint hard, crash harder. Pick ONE recovery habit from the video that you'll build into every day — something that recharges you before you're running on empty, not after. Write exactly what it is, when it happens (attach it to one of your 3 key moments), and the early warning sign that tells you you're overheating. Then do it once today.
Day 7🎯 Final mission: run your full ADHD-proof day⌄
🎯 Final mission: run your full ADHD-proof day
🎯 Run the complete system for one full day, from wake-up to wind-down.
Today everything you built comes together. Morning: run your routine from day 1. Win each of your 3 key moments as they come. Before your first work block, do the focus exercise. When you hit the task you'd normally avoid, fire your hyperfocus trigger ritual. And before the day ends, do your anti-burnout habit — recovery is part of the system, not a reward. Slips don't break the day; just catch the next moment. When you're done, drop your proof: which parts of the system fired, how many of the 3 moments you won, and how your focus compares to day 1. 💪
